Bonus Terms Explained
Plain-English definitions of the terms that trip up Pakistani players most often.
Wagering Requirement / Rollover
This is the number of times you must bet a bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from it. A 10x rollover on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you need to place a total of PKR 10,000 in bets before cashing out.
Example: Receive PKR 2,000 bonus with 15x rollover → you must wager PKR 30,000 in total across eligible games.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
While using bonus funds, most platforms cap individual bet sizes — typically between PKR 250 and PKR 500 per round. Exceeding this limit can void your bonus entirely, even if you've already met the rollover.
Example: If the max bet is PKR 300, placing a PKR 600 spin on a slot while your balance includes bonus funds may trigger a bonus forfeit.
Game Contribution Rate
Not all games count equally toward clearing a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games like baccarat or roulette may only contribute 10–20%. Check the bonus T&C to see which games count.
Example: PKR 1,000 wagered on slots = PKR 1,000 toward rollover. PKR 1,000 wagered on blackjack = only PKR 100–200 credited.
Bonus Expiry
Bonuses are time-limited. Common expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of issue. Any unused bonus or unmet rollover after expiry is forfeited — no exceptions.
Example: A 7-day bonus claimed on a Monday expires the following Sunday at midnight, regardless of your progress toward rollover.
Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonus
A sticky (or "non-cashable") bonus stays in your account to help you play but can never be withdrawn itself — only the winnings generated from it can be cashed out. A non-sticky bonus is removed from your balance upon withdrawal request, and you keep actual cash winnings.
Example: Sticky bonus of PKR 1,000 + you win PKR 3,000 → you can withdraw PKR 3,000 minus the PKR 1,000 sticky amount = PKR 2,000 cashable.
Maximum Cash-Out
Even after meeting all wagering requirements, many bonuses cap how much you can withdraw from bonus-derived winnings. This limit is usually stated as a multiplier (e.g., 5x bonus amount) or a fixed PKR figure.
Example: PKR 500 bonus with a 10x max cash-out = you can withdraw at most PKR 5,000 in winnings, even if your balance is higher.
Always read the T&C before claiming any bonus. Bonus terms vary significantly between promotions. Understanding them before you opt in saves a lot of frustration later.
